Health and safety

HybFit is a training and nutrition planner, not medical advice. Its plans and targets are general rules applied to the information you give; they cannot account for your full health. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, injured or have a medical condition. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You train at your own risk.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 and give accurate information.
• Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Don't misuse HybFit: no attacking, overloading or scraping the service, accessing other people's data, or reselling it.

Prices and payment

• Creating an account and seeing your plan's outline is free. A one-time payment unlocks training, nutrition and progress. Prices are shown before you pay and are processed by Stripe.
• Pro is an optional subscription, billed monthly or yearly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Billing; Pro then stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds: you can ask for a refund of the one-time unlock within [14] days of buying it by emailing [contact email]. Subscription periods already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it. A refunded or disputed payment removes the access it paid for.
• We may change prices for future purchases; it never affects what you already paid.

Your content

The data you enter stays yours. You let us store and process it to run HybFit for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Exercise content

Some exercise descriptions and illustrations come from third parties under open licences, credited on each exercise's page.

Availability and changes

We work to keep HybFit available and correct but provide it "as is". We may improve or change features and rules. If we stop offering HybFit, we will give reasonable notice.

Ending your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
